SPHRi is an American professional certification offered by Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) which is a global, competency-based credential that is designed to validate the skills and knowledge of an HR professional who operates in a global marketplace. What is exam eligibility criteria for SPHRi (HRCI)?

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Master’s degree or global equivalent, OR
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
  • A minimum of 7 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a high school diploma or global equivalent

What is Exam Format and Length for SPHRi (HRCI)?

Exam time: 2 hours and 30 minutes. Exam length: 105 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions

What is the meaning of Certification Cycle SPHRi (HRCI)?

All Certifications are valid for three years. Recertification is required every three years through demonstrated professional development (preferred method) or retaking the exam.

Earn 60 recertification credit hours, of which 15 credit hours are in International HR OR retake exam.

How much marks I require to pass SPHRi (HRCI)?

The passing score for each exam (based on a scaled score) is 500. The minimum possible score is 100. The maximum possible score is 700.
